Shipping & Delivery Policy
We carefully prepare every order to ensure that products arrive in excellent condition. Order processing begins once payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Delta Water (Equipment & Machinery): Water treatment systems are prepared according to the required specifications. Delivery may include scheduling installation and technical support directly with our team.
Dolce Denim (Apparel — B2B Only): Orders are produced and shipped as customized batches for business accounts. Delivery schedules are agreed upon with each account based on order volume and customization requirements.
Bahgat Farms (Food Products): Product availability depends on the agricultural season. Temperature-sensitive and delicate products are carefully packaged to help ensure freshness upon delivery, with the applicable storage instructions provided.
Bahgat Publishing (Publishing): Printed publications are shipped through approved delivery partners, while digital publications are made available immediately after the order is completed.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to the United Arab Emirates, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and selected international markets through authorized distributors. Delivery availability and timeframes vary depending on the product type, destination, and logistical conditions, and may be affected by holidays, customs procedures, or weather conditions.
Delivery Fees: Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination, product weight and dimensions, and the selected shipping method, and are calculated during checkout. Standard delivery may be available at no additional charge in areas located near our authorized distributors.
Order Receipt: Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment and for following the provided storage instructions for products requiring special care.
Packaging: Every shipment is professionally packaged using appropriate protective materials. Specialized insulated solutions are used for sensitive products when necessary.
Order Processing: As many of our products are specially prepared for shipment, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to Delta Way. A return or replacement may be approved if an incorrect product is delivered, a product arrives damaged, a manufacturing defect is identified, the product has been tampered with before delivery, or the product arrives unusable as a result of transportation. Please report any issue as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide supporting photographs where appropriate.
Delta Water: Returns are subject to the condition of the system upon delivery and technical documentation from the installation team.
Dolce Denim: Since orders are B2B and produced according to specific requirements, returns are limited to cases involving manufacturing defects or incorrect fulfillment.
Bahgat Farms: For food safety and hygiene reasons, food products cannot generally be returned after delivery unless they are defective or do not match the order.
Bahgat Publishing: Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect printed publications. Digital publications are non-returnable once they have been made available.
Refund Policy: Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period determined by the card issuer or payment provider. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Order Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once production, preparation, or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Secure Payments
Delta Way uses secure payment technologies to protect every transaction, including SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, PCI-compliant payment processing, and fraud-prevention technologies. We do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers.
