1. About Delta Way
Delta Way is the sole authorized distributor of genuine Delta Water magnetic water treatment devices in Egypt, the UAE, and the GCC. We are not the manufacturer of Delta Water devices; our role is to distribute, sell, install, and provide after-sales support for genuine, certified units within our authorized territory.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Website by any third party. Prohibited behavior includes (without limitation) harassment, transmission of unsolicited advertising, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful material.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
3. Inquiries, Quotations & Orders
- Submitting a contact form, WhatsApp message, or inquiry through our Website does not constitute a binding order — it is a request for information or a quotation.
- Quotations provided by Delta Way are valid for the period stated at the time of issue and are subject to change based on product availability, specifications, and site assessment.
- An order is only confirmed once Delta Way issues a written order confirmation and, where applicable, receives the agreed deposit or payment.
- Product specifications, images, and descriptions on this Website are provided for general informational purposes; actual device sizing depends on your specific pipe diameter, water source, and use case as assessed by our technical team.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices quoted are in the currency stated at the time of quotation and may exclude applicable taxes, shipping, or installation fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone payments, or full payment prior to installation) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Delta Way reserves the right to adjust pricing for future orders without affecting orders already confirmed in writing.
5. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery and installation timelines communicated by our team are estimates and may vary due to site conditions, product availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Access to the installation site, accurate site information, and any necessary permissions are the customer’s responsibility.
- Installation must be performed by Delta Way or an authorized technician to preserve warranty coverage; installation by unauthorized third parties may void the warranty.
6. Warranty
- Delta Water devices sold through Delta Way carry the manufacturer’s warranty as communicated at the time of sale, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation by non-authorized parties, or normal wear and tear.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact Delta Way directly using the details in Section 12 below, along with proof of purchase.
7. Cancellations & Returns
- Cancellation of a confirmed order is subject to Delta Way’s approval and may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred (including custom sizing, shipping, or site assessment).
- Returns of uninstalled, unused products in original condition may be considered on a case-by-case basis within a reasonable period after delivery; installed units are generally not eligible for return.
- Any refund, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
